Paul has a background in online credit dating back to 2008 when he founded Fair Go Finance and has built a deep understanding of the Australian and global consumer credit industries having transitioned the business from a “bootstrap” environment to its current “scale up” phase. With an engineering degree and MBA, he is focused on building a great brand, scaling through the use of data, and working with the right people and partners to bring valuable and innovative solutions to the market.

Paul has a background in online credit dating back to 2008 when he founded Fair Go Finance and has built a deep understanding of the Australian and global consumer credit industries having transitioned the business from a “bootstrap” environment to its current “scale up” phase. With an engineering degree and MBA, he is focused on building a great brand, scaling through the use of data, and working with the right people and partners to bring valuable and innovative solutions to the market.

Piers co‑founded the Payright business in 2015 and serves as Joint Chief Executive Officer. Piers has in excess of 15 years’ experience working in the retail finance industry across multiple products. He was previously Customer Service and Collections Manager within ANZ’s Esanda Finance business, National Sales Manager for FlexiGroup, and Head of Sales and Distribution for Wingate Consumer Finance, managing multiple brands (including Flexirent, Lombard Finance, Once Credit, Now Finance, and Mac Credit).

William currently brings his innovative thinking and passion for customer-centred experiences to one of Australia's largest consumer finance and BNPL providers, Humm® Group, where he is the GM, Buy Now Pay Later for Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to Humm® Group William worked at Qantas as the Head of Product Design and previously held a variety of Strategy and Product Design roles at Qantas Loyalty, CBA, and Westpac.
